If I could, I’d give Dr Haseeb Alam 100 stars. We’ve been seeing him for many years, and he’s a doctor with exceptional medical knowledge who is dedicated, responsible, and genuinely cares for his patients. I’m grateful for the way he looks after me with such care at every visit — checking on my condition, patiently explaining everything, and discussing it with me — rather than simply following a formula and handing out prescriptions or referral letters like many other GPs. In 2020, my partner suffered a major heart attack. If it hadn’t been for Dr Alam’s accurate and timely diagnosis, my partner might not be here today. We are deeply thankful to him and feel incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding GP, who has spared us a great deal of unnecessary pain and suffering. ~ Belinda T

I am very pleased with choosing harbour town doctors for my travel vaccines and dr appointment. The practice itself is a very organised and professional workplace. From our initial phone call through to the doctor himself we found the information and expertise about our travel destinations and vaccinations we needed to keep us safe on our travels. After our consultation with Dr we were asked to see the nurse and she gave us our vaccinations. She was very efficient and a very friendly and helpful disposition. I found all the staff to be very helpful they all were very dedicated to their specific jobs, The standouts for me were the office manager and Dr Alam he went above and beyond I am from Adelaide so he didn’t know me and he did every test because we didn’t know what was wrong we have nearly got to the bottom of it. I went to hospital. I ended up staying in hospital for three days and now I’m on my way home but he sent a message for me to give him a call cause he’s got some blood test results and he wants to call me and give me the results. We’re on our way home now so I’m waiting for him to give me a call back. I think they are a brilliant surgery. Everybody’s very professional and I wish I lived in Queensland or come to Adelaide cause I would definitely going to them. I would give them five stars. Dr.Sadique is a friendly yet experienced GP, who was able to help me with my condition. He is compassionate and gave me 2+ weeks off work with a medical certificate. Later he completed forms for Centrelink and made updated reports for my Workcover claim. He asks the right questions and takes accurate notes and created my work capacity report. I do recommend him to you if you are looking for a very good general practitioner. He is very popular and in demand, get on his list before you miss out! A Real Review. ~ Tutorman D

I attended this clinic for the first time today . From the moment I walked in I felt completely relaxed . The Medical Receptionist was so very welcoming and I felt so at ease . I am happy with the Dr I saw today and have decided to transfer my medical records over from my previous centre of 11 years so it really says it all . Wonderfull experience, I walked in as my usual doctor had retired. A very helpful and polite receptionist asked the doctor if he could see me as they were fully booked for the day. The doctor confirmed he could, I waited a short time to see the doctor, he was professional and informative, great communication so much so I asked the receptionist if I could move my files to your practice. What can I say. Very attentive Doctors here. I have seen Dr Haseeb Alam 3 times in the past 3 weeks and each time he greets me with a smile and listens to what I have to say. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a fantastic doctor. My son has also seen Dr Mohamad Sadique and we also found him to be on to it and listens. This is more like a mini hospital. From GP appointments to blood tests, miner procedures and much more. I was surprised on my first visit at the speed of all appointments. The girls at the reception were welcoming, friendly and caring. This definitely is my new family medical centre ~ Soraya K
