If I could, I’d give Dr Haseeb Alam 100 stars. We’ve been seeing him for many years, and he’s a doctor with exceptional medical knowledge who is dedicated, responsible, and genuinely cares for his patients. I’m grateful for the way he looks after me with such care at every visit — checking on my condition, patiently explaining everything, and discussing it with me — rather than simply following a formula and handing out prescriptions or referral letters like many other GPs. In 2020, my partner suffered a major heart attack. If it hadn’t been for Dr Alam’s accurate and timely diagnosis, my partner might not be here today. I am very pleased with choosing harbour town doctors for my travel vaccines and dr appointment. The practice itself is a very organised and professional workplace. From our initial phone call through to the doctor himself we found the information and expertise about our travel destinations and vaccinations we needed to keep us safe on our travels. After our consultation with Dr we were asked to see the nurse and she gave us our vaccinations. She was very efficient and a very friendly and helpful disposition.
